§ 10.09.010. Prohibited

No driver may leave a vehicle unattended in a public parking space that is designated and reserved for handicapped parking. Only vehicles that bear an official decal issued by state department of public safety so indicating, may park in a public space that is designated and reserved for handicapped parking.
