§ 10.12.010. Violations designated

A. Parking in an area that is designated as a no parking area or loading zone area or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant will be a violation.

B. No person may stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious loading and unloading of passengers or property in a place marked as a loading or passenger loading zone during the hours when the provisions applicable to the zone are in effect. A stop for loading or unloading of passengers may not exceed three minutes; and a stop for loading or unloading of property may not exceed 30 minutes. A stop may not interfere with a vehicle waiting to enter or about to enter the zone for loading or unloading of passengers or property as specified in a permit issued under 13 AAC 02.367.
