§ 10.14.060. Establishment of parking permit areas

When signs are erected giving plainly visible notice, no person shall park a vehicle at any time in any municipal parking lot or area on a lot established for long-term parking spaces, except in those spaces as marked or designated, by the ordinances of the city, for permit parking only, without displaying a proper valid city parking lot permit. There shall be ____________ long-term permit parking spaces designated as indicated by published public notices of the city, therefore, there shall be no more than ____________ long-term city parking lot permits issued.
