§ 13.14.015. Unlawful discharge

No person may cause or permit any sewerage to be discharged or disposed of except into an on-site wastewater disposal conforming to the standards of this chapter, 18 AAC 72, and the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), or into a public sewer in a manner conforming to this chapter, and should include reference to Alaska Statutes title 46, chapter 3 (AS 46.03) as well as regulations of the department.
