§ 13.32.020. Same—Application; contents

Each application for a permit for the construction, installation, alteration or repair of a domestic well shall be in writing, signed by the applicant and shall include the following:

A. Legal name and address of the applicant;

B. Description of the property on which the well will be located;

C. Complete plan of the individual, domestic well facility and substantiating data, demonstrating its compliance with standards recommended by the U.S. Public Health Service in the latest revision of its publication on individual water supplies;

D. Location of the nearest line of the city water system;

E. Such further information as may be required by the utility authority to demonstrate that the proposed work complies with the applicable regulations of the utility authority.
