The charge for receiving city garbage collection service shall be on the following scale:

Single-family residence, apartment	$ 7.00	per month
Theater, laundromat	7.00	per month
Schools, gyms, restaurant	15.00	per month
Lodge	15.00	per month
and restaurant	20.00	per month
Office	15.00	per month
Store	15.00	per month
