§ 14.12.010. Authority

The Angoon Small Boat Harbor Facilities shall be under the jurisdiction of the council of the city who shall have the authority to classify areas of the harbor, set fees for the use of facilities, make rules and regulations for the governance of the harbor, and appoint a harbormaster to implement this Code.
