§ 15.08.030. Violations; license revocation for failure to correct

If, after three consecutive warnings, such hazardous conditions are not corrected, the council shall recommend to the state licensing officer that the business license of such proprietor whose building is in violation of the requirements set out in this chapter be revoked and shall order the premises closed to the public until the condition has been remedied.
