§ 17.04.010. Statutory authority

The ordinance codified herein is adopted pursuant to the provisions established in title 29 of the Alaska Statutes which empowers a second class city outside of an unorganized borough to enact a subdivision ordinance and provide for its administration, enforcement and amendment.
