§ 1.04.030. Definitions

The following definitions apply to this Code and all city ordinances unless the plain meaning otherwise requires:

A. "City" means the City of Angoon, Alaska.

B. "Code" means the Code of Ordinances, City of Angoon, Alaska.

C. "Person" means a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust or society, as well as a natural person.

D. "Publish" means to post a notice within the city in three locations, one of which shall be the city offices, for a period of not less than five days.

E. "State" means the State of Alaska.
