§ 1.16.010. Acts of council; form

Latest version.

The council shall act only by ordinance or resolution. Laws of a general, uniform and permanent nature shall be reduced to ordinance. When the council expresses opinions, principles, facts or propositions, they shall be in the form of a resolution.
