§ 2.66.010. Intent and purpose

It is the intent and purpose of this chapter to provide for the complete and efficient utilization of the city's personnel, facilities and equipment in the event of natural or manmade disasters and disasters resulting from enemy actions, and to provide for the coordination of disaster and civil defense functions of the city with all other public agencies and affected private persons, corporations and organizations.
