§ 2.80.060. Final pay

Latest version.

A. An employee who has resigned, giving adequate notice, or who is being discharged without notice, shall be paid in full on the day his employment terminates.

B. An employee who is leaving without giving adequate notice shall not be entitled to receive wages until the next regular pay day.
