§ 3.24.080. Challenged ballots—Disposition

After a challenged or questioned voter has cast his ballot, the challenged voter will insert the ballot into a small blank envelope and seal it. This envelope shall be placed in the signed oath and affidavit envelope. The oath and affidavit envelope shall be sealed and inserted into a larger envelope. The envelope will be delivered to the city clerk. The city clerk will present these materials to the canvass committee and assist the canvass committee in determining the validity of the challenge.
