§ 3.24.110. Election certificate

After the votes are announced and counted, a certificate will be drawn stating the number of votes each person received, and designating the office for which he has run. The poll lists and tallies will be attached to the certificate. The certificate will be signed by the election judges. The registration index, original register, tallies or tally papers, oath of judges, oath of voters, other papers, and the certificate will be placed in an envelope. The envelope will be marked "Election Returns" and delivered to the city clerk.
