§ 8.04.070. Conduct of meetings

The agenda will be presented to the councilmembers for approval, and the meeting will be conducted according to the agenda. A quorum shall be set at five appointed voting members in attendance at any given meeting. When only five members are in attendance, any issue will have to have a majority vote of the members in attendance. Any "abstain" or "no" vote will automatically table the issue until the next regular meeting.
