§ 8.12.040. Same—Terms and conditions

A. A permit may not be assigned or transferred.

B. The permittee shall carry the permit upon his person when engaging in the activity of depositing refuse in the city maintained landfill.

C. A permittee shall produce the permit for examination when making application for a renewal, or when requested to do so by an officer of the city authorized to enforce this chapter or Chapter 8.16.

D. Permittee shall agree to deposit refuse in the city maintained landfill only and not along side or too close to the road.
