§ 12.08.010. Gasoline pumps

No gasoline dispensing pumps shall be installed closer than 12 feet to any street or alley line. All apparatus for the servicing of motor vehicles shall be so placed that any and all motor vehicles can be serviced while standing upon the property of the service station with no part of the vehicle projecting over the sidewalk area.
