§ 12.08.020. Oil/water pipes

Latest version.

No person shall install or maintain in, upon or under any public roadway or sidewalk, or adjacent thereto any oil or water intake pipe which extends above the surface of the roadway or sidewalk. Each such pipe, object or thing which extends above the surface of any roadway or sidewalk is declared a public nuisance and may be immediately removed by any police officer or agent of the city, without notice to the owner thereof.
