§ 14.04.020. Purpose

The purpose of this Code is to protect and preserve the lives, health, safety and well-being of any person who uses or works upon the Angoon Small Boat Harbor Facilities; to protect the property of such persons by regulating the use of the facilities; and to make reasonable charges for the use of the facilities. The provisions of this Code shall be liberally construed for the accomplishment of these purposes.
