§ 14.04.030. Intent

It is the intent of this Code to encourage the use of the facilities of the Angoon Small Boat Harbor by commercial fishermen, government vessels, pleasure boats, and the general boating public. It is further the intent of this Code to prevent and discourage the use of the facilities by unpowered vessels, scows, barges, rafts and other cumbersome floating structures, or by boats which have or may become a charge or nuisance to the city. Individuals or firms shall not be permitted to conduct commercial enterprises on the facilities.
