§ 9.20.010. Discharging

A. It is unlawful for any person or organization to discharge firearms or explosives within the city's limits, or within 300 feet of any walkway or roadway or used by vehicles or pedestrians, or in the area of any walkway or roadway where boats and/or people are present.

B. Violation of this section shall constitute an infraction punishable by a fine of $750.00.
