§ 9.20.020. Discharging, aiming or pointing firearms at people

A. It is unlawful for any person(s) to discharge any firearm or air rifle, or intentionally point or aim any firearm or other weapon, loaded or otherwise, at any person.

B. Violation of this section shall constitute a class A misdemeanor.
