§ 8.04.060. Meetings; removal for unexcused absence; replacement

Unexcused absence from two consecutive, regularly scheduled meetings shall be cause for the health council to request replacement of an organization representative in order to protect and promote the effectiveness of the organization. The community organization shall be responsible in appointing from their voting membership a representative for replacement to the health council.
